What is Foundations Plus? This is our flagship course designed to help you pick a concise goal, build a plan to accomplish that goal, and equip you with the “how” along the way. What we'll look at: • How to identify and choose a goal from among the major three categories- fat loss, off season maintenance, and building strength/endurance. • How to determine an accurate calorie target around that and stop guessing. • How to allocate those calories for energy, recovery, and repair among carbs, protein, and fats. • And other hot topics like meal timing, tracking, maintenance and much, much more! When: We will do this over an 11-week period by meeting for 1 hour weekly in October, November, and December. *Each course will be recorded and emailed to folks enrolled if you cannot make that time on a specific date. Cost: Option 1: $500 one-time payment (save $97!) Option 2: $199.00 per month for 3 months ($597 total). Cost includes: Access to the new and improved Foundations video course Eleven 1 hour live web-based small group coaching sessions A recorded copy of each live session A workbook to accompany each session *Sign-ups will be capped at 10 participants in order to maintain quality small group discussion.
