We’ve boiled change down to 8 simple rules to follow for 8 weeks. No guesswork, no overwhelm—just 8 very basic rules and one <60-second video in your inbox every weekday to keep you motivated, educated, and moving upward. How It Works:

 

  1. Opt In. Simply enter your email address to opt-in to the challenge. 

  2. Take Stock. Set 1-2 goals you want to see improvements on in the next 8 weeks. This could be habits, weight, performance, steps- whatever you value. 

  3. Show Up. Participation is key to success. Engage everyday in the 8 basics and watch the videos. They take less than 60-seconds of your life and provide immense value. 

  4. Track. Keep record of how you’re doing with our daily accountability sheet (simple check boxes…nothing more…). 

  5. Report.  Complete your check-in every two weeks along the way. Send us an update at the end of your 8 weeks to let us know how you did.  (Note: You can reach out any time during this time).
