This is the best level to choose if you're just wanting some help getting started on the right track towards weight loss, adding muscle, or training for a specific outing   Included in this package are:

  • An initial meeting to map out your goals (60-90 minutes).

  • 1 follow up meeting (30-45 minutes)

  • 1-2 options for nutrient-dense meals tailored to meet your goals

  • 1-2 options for nutrient-dense, goal-specific mini-meals.

  • Access to Dietitian via email

Level 2-$250.00

For those looking not only to learn how to fuel for thier next outing, but also seeking additional consistentcy and accountability in pursuit of their goals.  Included in this package are:

  • An initial meeting to map out your goals (60-90 minutes)

  • 2 follow up meeting (30-45 minutes) scheduled within 8-12 weeks of initial consultation.

  • 2-3 options for nutrient-dense meals tailored to meet your goals

  • 3-4 options for nutrient-dense, goal-specific mini-meals.

  • Access to Dietitian via email

Level 3-$500.00

For those looking for a more significant change in preparation for the stamina needed in the mountains.  This package is tailored to meet your goals.  Included in this package are:

  • An initial meeting to map out your goals (60-90 minutes)

  • 3 follow up meeting (30-45 minutes) scheduled within 12-24 weeks of initial consultation.

  • 4-6 options for nutrient-dense meals tailored to meet your goals

  • 6-8 options for nutrient-dense, goal-specific mini-meals.

  • Access to Dietitian via email
